Add Ingredients to Blender
Add the almond milk to the blender first, starting with liquid at the base helps the blades move freely and blend more efficiently. Follow with the almond butter, cinnamon, chia seeds, and protein powder, then top with the frozen strawberries and banana last.
Blend Until Smooth
Blend on high for 45-60 seconds until the mixture is completely smooth and creamy with no frozen chunks remaining. If the smoothie is too thick to blend, pause and use a tamper or spatula to push the ingredients toward the blades, then continue blending. Avoid adding extra liquid to keep the consistency thick and nutrient-dense.
Taste and Adjust
Give the smoothie a quick taste before pouring. If you prefer it sweeter, add a small drizzle of honey or an extra half banana. For a thicker texture, add a few more frozen strawberries and blend again briefly.
Serve Immediately
Pour into a chilled glass and serve right away for the best flavor and texture. Smoothies are best enjoyed fresh, as the frozen fruit will begin to thaw and the chia seeds will start to absorb liquid over time, changing the consistency.
